Walter is a thirty-five-year veteran of the HVAC industry. His background includes design, engineering, manufacturing, application, wholesale supply, and manufacturers’ representative.

Walter began his association with the industry in 1975 by joining the staff of P&H Supply Company in Muskogee, Oklahoma, starting out as warehouse hand and working his way to manager of the HVAC division of the company. His studies through Oklahoma State University provided proficiency in engineering, system design and other technical aspects of the HVAC industry.

Walter worked with the OSU Earth-Coupled Water Source Heat Pump Lab to develop and enhance closed loop ground source heat pump technology and has presented papers and studies on the subject. Walter joined the staff of Acme Engineering and Manufacturing, a manufacturer of commercial and industrial fans as an application engineer for the industrial products division in 1986. He participated in all aspects of product development, manufacturing and marketing until he was promoted to Eastern Regional Sales Manager for all products.

In 1996, Walter became a part of T.H. Brooks and Associates, Inc., a commercial HVAC products manufacturer’s representative organization and managed the Tampa office. In 2002 he and Scott White purchased the office from T.H. Brooks and changed the name to Process Air System Sales, Inc.

In addition to Process Air, Walter is also President of Process Air Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of unique custom air handling equipment that has steadily grown. Walter serves as head of design and application, working to assure that all products meet the high standards expected by customers, contractors and engineers.

Process Air Manufacturing’s philosophy is to give the customer the right product for the application and build it in a superior manner with the best materials.
